Though every private coaching journey is completely unique, sessions can loosely follow this structure:

At the start of each session, we’ll catch up and check in with how you’re feeling.

FAQs

How are you different from other therapists or coaches?

I work with my clients on a 3-month or 6-month basis using my signature system: The Devine Method®. What makes my approach so unique is that I am not only a qualified CBT Therapist, Life Coach and High Performance Coach, but I’m also able to draw on my other training in Mindfulness, Compassion Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Holistic Coaching. This means I am able to adapt an integrative approach to client work, combining different tools and techniques from a variety of evidence-based psychological models of therapy and coaching to specifically meet your unique needs, enabling transformational and lasting changes.

Where do the sessions take placE? What about different time zones?

All coaching sessions are carried out online via Zoom. I work with clients around the world, and we are always able to schedule sessions in a way that works for both of us. I do offer in-person sessions in London (half day or full day): if this is something you’re interested in, get in touch.

No, not in the traditional sense. I don’t offer step-by-step strategies or tell you how to run your business. Instead, I help you work through the deeper patterns like stress, perfectionism, overthinking, or self-doubt that may be blocking your performance or clarity. My approach draws on years of experience supporting entrepreneurs, founders and elite leaders, combining mindset work, nervous system regulation, and emotional resilience to help you lead, grow with confidence, and expand into your next level.
