What makes my approach so unique is that I bring together all of the disciplines I’m trained and qualified in: evidence-based therapies such as CBT, compassion-focused therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, life coaching, personal performance coaching, holistic coaching and mindfulness.

Though every Recalibrate and Realign journey is completely unique, sessions can loosely follow this structure:
At the start of each session, we’ll catch up and check in with how you’re feeling.
We’ll review the past actions we set at our last session, and chat about how they went for you.
We can then focus on anything specific that came up for you in the last couple of weeks.
We’ll have a main focus for each session: whether that’s business, family, relationships, work or your emotional wellbeing.
We’ll then set new actions and takeaways that you can practise until we next chat.
Before we part ways we’ll schedule our next session, so you know when we’ll next be working together.
Though this outline provides you with an idea of the structure of each session, the programmes are designed to shift and evolve with you and your needs.
